What’s Covered
If you complete missions, document your effort in your Dossier, and see no measurable progress after 90 days, you can request a full refund.
What “Effort” Means (Eligibility)
- You completed at least 60% of Theme 1 missions (logged in the Dossier)
- You logged weekly entries (minimum 8 across 90 days)
- You attempted two progression checkpoints (where applicable)
- You reviewed your progress at least once every two weeks (visible in dashboard history)
We’re not grading style — we’re verifying consistency.
What “No Measurable Progress” Means
Examples that count as progress include any of the following:
- Reduced avoidance (documented attempts you previously avoided)
- More frequent or longer conversations (logged outcomes)
- Increased comfort (self-ratings trending upward)
- Any positive social outcome (dates, numbers, follow-ups, invitations)
If none of the above is evident after 90 days of documented effort, you’re covered.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@getfireforged.com with subject: Refund Request – 90-Day Commitment
- Include your account email and the 90-day date range
- Our team will review your Dossier logs and progress history within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Fair Use & Limits
- One refund per customer.
- Refund requests must be made within 15 days after your 90-day window ends.
- Accounts showing fraudulent activity (spam logs, fabricated entries) are not eligible.
