- Content you add — e.g., Dossier entries you create (encrypted in transit and at rest).
- Cookies/local storage — to keep you signed in and improve performance.
How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and verify entitlements.
- Secure accounts, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.
- Communicate important updates (e.g., security, policy, or critical product notices).

Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run the Service (e.g., payment processing via Payhip and its sub-processors, hosting, analytics). They are bound by contractual obligations and only process data per our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or prevent harm.
Security & Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method is 100% secure. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices & Rights
- Access/Update — view or edit account information in-app where available.
- Export/Delete — you can export or delete your Dossier and account data (subject to legal holds).
- Opt-out — control certain analytics or communications in settings or via links provided.
- Regional rights — depending on your location (e.g., EU/EEA/UK, certain U.S. states), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. We honor valid requests as required by law.
Children
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
International Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the hosting region, your data may be transferred internationally. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
